Come make a positive impact as part of the Cambridge Hub Committee! Join a dynamic crew, passionate about tackling social issues and having a positive effect in the local community.
Do you believe that engaging in social action should be the norm, not the exception? Are you driven by social change and youth engagement? Do you want to inspire and support others?
Cambridge Hub is a student-powered charity that supports & organises events and projects that focus on local action & volunteering, international development, the environment, sustainability and social enterprise. As well as supporting over 60 societies and local groups (our Ethical Network ), we also organise events and projects ranging from the Cambridge Climate and Sustainability Forum to Hub Takes on Homelessness. We're a student-led, staff supported team, so you are expected to take on considerable responsibility, alongside your degree and other activities.
We are looking for students to join Cambridge Hub’s committee. We recruit on a rolling basis, and fill our positions for a whole year. We're also open to people pitching roles for us - if you have a good idea, drop our President an email. Take a look at the role descriptions below, but keep in mind that roles on the committee are fluid and flexible. Our committee are innovators who are excited about organising their own events and initiatives, and don’t necessarily restrict themselves to role descriptions!
Applications are rolling, and you will be asked to attend an informal interview. For more information about the Cambridge Hub committee and what roles are available, click on the More Info tab!
To apply, click the Apply tab on this page, fill in an application, and we will be in touch shortly to arrange an interview.
