Do you believe that engaging in social action should be the norm, not the exception? Are you driven by social change and youth engagement? Do you want to inspire and support others? Join our Cambridge Hub Committee, passionate about tackling social issues and having a positive effect in the local community.
Cambridge Hub is a student-powered charity that supports & organises events and projects that focus on local action & volunteering, international development, the environment, sustainability and social enterprise. As well as supporting over 60 societies and local groups, our Ethical Network, we also organise events and projects ranging from the Cambridge Climate and Sustainability Forum to the Edible Garden. We're a student-led, staff supported team, so you are expected to take on considerable responsibility, alongside your degree and other activities.
We recruit on a rolling basis, and fill our positions for a whole year. We're also open to people pitching roles for us - if you have a good idea, drop us an email at email@example.com. The roles currently available are:
Vice President for Finance and Fundraising
Vice President of the Ethical Network
Social Enterprise Area Officer
Local Action Area Officer
International Development Area Officer
For more information about the roles, click the FAQS button at the top of this page.
