Why should I apply to be a committee member?
We are looking for a team of passionate students to lead Cambridge Hub through the next academic year. Cambridge Hub is a really exciting place for making social impact, developing transferable skills employers are looking for and making lots of friends along the way! As part of Cambridge Hub, you would be part of the Student Hubs family, made up of communities of students at universities across the UK, with staff dedicated to support you to make social change. We think that students are capable of making a real difference in their communities, and we're here to support you to be the world changers you could be.
So whether you're really passionate about a certain topic, or don't have a specific issue in mind but want to get stuck into making a difference and trying something new, there's a position for you. You will receive training and support from a dedicated staff team.

Fill in the application form telling us what role you’d like to apply for, why you’d like to be involved and what skills and experiences you can bring to the role.
We’ll be in touch in due course to invite you to a short interview if your written application is successful. At interview we’ll have a chance to meet you and discuss what role you could play on the committee.
If you’re successful your induction will take place early June. We’ll then spend the next few months getting to know the committee and start preparing for the year ahead.
You should be ready to commence active duties come October 2020 when the new academic year starts.
